What happens to unused usage at the end of the week?
It lapses. Every Monday the plan starts over with the full amount — nothing carries over and nothing is billed afterwards.
And if the week is used up by Wednesday?
Your app stays online and reachable. Only new work in the chat starts again on Monday.
What counts as usage?
Every task in the chat. The bigger the task and the longer the team works on it, the more of the week it takes: a text change is small, a login with payments is large.
