As an Account Executive for the SME and Enterprise segment, you are the main point of contact for companies looking to take their software development to the next level with Nopex. You guide customers from first contact through contract signing and beyond.
You navigate confidently between technical decision-makers and business stakeholders, understand the challenges of German mid-market companies, and can convincingly communicate the concrete value of Nopex.
Deine Aufgaben
- Build and maintain a qualified pipeline in the SME and enterprise segment
- Conduct discovery calls, product demos, and workshops
- Create individual business cases and ROI calculations
- Manage complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders
- Close collaboration with Customer Success, Product, and Marketing
- Attend industry events, trade shows, and meetups
Was du mitbringst
- 4+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience, ideally in the German mid-market
- Proven track record of closing deals from €30k ARR
- Understanding of software development and technical decision-maker audiences
- Structured approach with CRM tools (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.)
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel within the DACH region (approx. 20-30%)
Nice to Have
- Existing network of CTOs or engineering leaders in the DACH region
- Experience with developer tools, DevOps, or AI products
- Knowledge of MEDDIC, Challenger Sale, or similar methodologies
