Account Executive - Enterprise

About the role
As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are responsible for building and closing deals with large enterprises. You understand complex buying processes and can communicate at C-level.
You are one of the first enterprise sellers at Nopex and have the opportunity to shape the sales process.
Your responsibilities
- Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities
- Lead complex sales cycles (3-6 months)
- Create and present business cases
- Negotiate enterprise contracts
- Collaborate with Customer Success for successful onboarding
- Build relationships with CTOs and engineering leaders
What you bring
- 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
- Track record in enterprise segment (€100k+ ACV)
- Experience with developer tools or technical products
- Confident negotiation skills at C-level
- Fluent in German and English
- Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)
Nice to have
- Existing network of CTOs in Germany
- Experience with MEDDIC or similar frameworks
- Technical background
