Account Executive - Enterprise

About the role

As an Enterprise Account Executive, you are responsible for building and closing deals with large enterprises. You understand complex buying processes and can communicate at C-level.

You are one of the first enterprise sellers at Nopex and have the opportunity to shape the sales process.

Your responsibilities

  • Identify and qualify enterprise opportunities
  • Lead complex sales cycles (3-6 months)
  • Create and present business cases
  • Negotiate enterprise contracts
  • Collaborate with Customer Success for successful onboarding
  • Build relationships with CTOs and engineering leaders

What you bring

  • 5+ years of B2B SaaS sales experience
  • Track record in enterprise segment (€100k+ ACV)
  • Experience with developer tools or technical products
  • Confident negotiation skills at C-level
  • Fluent in German and English
  • Willingness to travel (approx. 30%)

Nice to have

  • Existing network of CTOs in Germany
  • Experience with MEDDIC or similar frameworks
  • Technical background
