Deine Aufgaben

• Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
• Optimize the entire conversion funnel (landing pages, sign-up, onboarding, upgrade)
• Build and evolve our marketing automation and lead nurturing sequences
• Analyze funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and derive actionable insights
• Content campaigns in collaboration with the Product and Engineering team
• Manage the marketing budget with a clear focus on CAC and ROI

Was du mitbringst

• 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital sales (ideally B2B SaaS)
• Proficient with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
• Strong analytical thinking and experience with funnel optimization
• Hands-on mentality – you set up campaigns yourself and don't wait for briefings
• Fluent in German and English

Nice to Have

• Experience with developer marketing or technical audiences
• Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Brevo, etc.)
• Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
• Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies
