About the role
As a Growth Manager, you own the entire digital sales funnel for our standard products and plans. You combine data-driven performance marketing with smart conversion strategies to convince small and mid-sized developer teams of Nopex.
Your goal: More qualified sign-ups, higher conversion rates, and a self-service experience that delights customers – from the first ad to the paying plan.
Your responsibilities
- Plan and manage performance marketing campaigns (Google Ads, LinkedIn, Meta)
- Optimize the entire conversion funnel (landing pages, sign-up, onboarding, upgrade)
- Build and evolve our marketing automation and lead nurturing sequences
- Analyze funnel metrics, run A/B tests, and derive actionable insights
- Content campaigns in collaboration with the Product and Engineering team
- Manage the marketing budget with a clear focus on CAC and ROI
What you bring
- 3+ years of experience in growth, performance marketing, or digital sales (ideally B2B SaaS)
- Proficient with Google Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, and analytics tools
- Strong analytical thinking and experience with funnel optimization
- Hands-on mentality – you set up campaigns yourself and don't wait for briefings
- Fluent in German and English
Nice to have
- Experience with developer marketing or technical audiences
- Knowledge of marketing automation tools (HubSpot, Brevo, etc.)
- Basic understanding of SEO and content marketing
- Experience with PLG (Product-Led Growth) strategies
